As of today, May 6th 2022 our guests (unlike any other tour company in New Orleans) will have an extra layer of safety protection.   

All tours will be monitored with real time GPS tracking that will provide exact locations of each tour from start to finish!  

Our tour guides now have SOS alerts that provide them to ask for help WITHOUT SAYING A WORD! That’s right! Our guides will now be able to ask for help by using a silent alarm that will provide their location to the company owners, all of our other tour guides working in the area and the police-  that they feel like they are in an unsafe situation or worse.  

 We have a 24/7 dispatcher who will always be watching out for our tour guides and guests safety each second of the tour. This dispatcher will also alert the local authorities that help is needed and they will monitor the situation to ensure help arrives to our tour groups exact location in the event our tour groups are in danger or need help. This includes medical assistance as well.   

We now also have 24/7 crime watch for our tour routes and surrounding area!   This is a a great! Staying aware and informed in the first step of being safe. Crime reports will help ensure we do not accidentally stumble up at the wrong place at the wrong time.  

Granted this does not mean that bad things can not happen in the city but we are going do to everything we possibly can to keep everyone as safe as we possibly can.  We want each guest to know that their safety is our priority.
